Privacy Policy
Short version: Safemii is built so your text, photos, and PDFs are cleaned on your phone. Safemii does not require an account and does not upload your files to Safemii servers for scanning, redaction, or metadata removal.
Files you clean
Safemii processes files on your device. The app does not send your pasted text, original photos, cleaned photos, original PDFs, cleaned PDFs, or detected private details to Safemii for processing.
Account
Safemii does not require an account, email address, username, or login to clean a file.
Advertising and tracking
Safemii does not show ads and does not sell advertising profiles. The website is static and is designed without third-party ad scripts.
Purchases
When public store listings are live, purchases will be handled by the App Store or Google Play and their payment systems. Store purchase systems may process payment and entitlement information, but they do not need the files you clean in Safemii.
Local data
The app may keep local settings or counters on your device, such as preferences or a local count of items protected. These are meant to stay on the device unless the operating system backup settings you choose copy app data elsewhere.
